Kountze

Kountze is a scenery town featured in the Texas map expansion DLC for American Truck Simulator. It is located in the eastern part of the state, on US 69 and US 287 northwest of Beaumont and southeast of Lufkin.

While signs designate the town as Kountze, the environment matches that of Hillister. A bug report has been submitted on the SCS Software forums on July 3, 2023.[1] But as of 2024, it was never forwarded to the team after update 1.48 and so on.

Connections

The US69 and US287 run south to Lumberton and Beaumont and north to Woodville, and US 69 also runs northwest to Lufkin.
