State Highway 7 (SH 7) is an east–west state highway in central and eastern Texas in American Truck Simulator. It runs from US 77 south of Waco to SH 94 east of Lufkin.

In real life, SH 7 spans a total length of 212.670 miles (342.259 km) from Bruceville-Eddy to Joaquin, Texas, near the state line with Louisiana.

Course

SH 7 begins at its junction with US 77 south of Waco and heads east pass a Grand Pastures farm, which also features a small rest stop there. The highway crosses the Brazos River before passing by an oil drilling site owned by Petrolucent and Vortex altogether; soon afterwards, it runs through the town of Marquez. The highway meets Interstate 45 in Centerville, where a truck stop is presented at the interchange. SH 7 begins to trace through the Piney Woods of eastern Texas as it approaches Lufkin, crosses the Trinity River and intersects SH 94 at its eastern terminus. In real life, SH 7 does not meet SH 94 at any point along its course. The intersection, where the highway meets SH 94 in ATS, is actually where SH 7 meet SH 103 (which is partially rendered along US 69 and Loop 287 in Lufkin).
