State Highway 103 (SH 103) is an east–west state highway in eastern Texas in American Truck Simulator. It runs entirely at a junction with US 69 and Loop 287 in northwestern Lufkin, concurrent with Loop 287. Guide signs at this interchange indicate that SH 103 continue beyond the highway's rendering in ATS, but outside the area, there is no mention of it traving away from the junction. Most of its course in-game are served by the on- and off-ramps toward the east at the interchange.
In real life, SH 94 spans a total length of 63.05 miles (101.47 km) from west of Lufkin to nearby Milam, Texas, near the state line with Louisiana.
