State Highway 149 (SH 149) is a north–south roads state highway in northeastern Texas in American Truck Simulator. The entire route runs within Longview, from Interstate 20 to US 80, concurrent with US 259.

Course
The rendered highway follows a portion of Eastman Avenue for its entire length. SH 149 begins at exit 596 of Interstate 20 and head north, passing by a truck stop and an International Truck Dealer. Beyond these facilities, it intersect the access road to Longview's business park, which has access to three different depots, respectively operated by Equos Power, MWM, and Wallbert. Soon after passing under a railroad, another Wallbert depot is passed and reaches its northern terminus at US 80 east of the city's downtown district, where US 259 continues north towards Oklahoma.
