Result

SCS announced the conclusion of the event on January 18, 2020. Truckers had approximately driven 1.2 billion kilometers (748 million miles) in delivery, while the total number of deliveries was nearly 2.7 million. On average a delivery took about 440 km (277 mi).

Since SCS hid the progress page at the end of the event, it's unable to check the final completion status of all cities. An anonymous contributor had taken a final check on the last day of the event (specifically, January 17, 2021, 01:37 UTC):

Some underachievement among cities was as follows:

  • As in the previous year's event, Terni is the city with the fewest deliveries made from it, and is also the only city with no completed heart in ETS 2. The reason of this is the gifts from that city are assigned to the S.A.L. S.R.L. depot, which is farther to the city than certain depots in Roma, making truckers unable to detect gifts there unless they drive up to the depot.
  • Pioche was the only city with no completed heart in ATS at the final snapshot.
  • Clifton was the city with the fewest deliveries made to it, as well as the only city without a "gift" when the final check was made.
