Sassari is a city of the island of Sardinia, a region of Italy that is featured in the Italia map expansion DLC in Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Summary

In update 1.35 it was featured in Italia map expansion.[1] Sassari, together with the other Sardinian cities (Cagliari and Olbia), were the fourth cities to be added outside of the release of the base game or a map expansion after two cities (Kapellskär in Sweden and Travemünde in Germany) were added in update 1.33.

Features

Depots

The depots of Cargotras, CDE SRL, Cesare Supermercato, and TE Logistica are located in the city center. An Eolo Lines depot is located in the town of Porto Torres in the north. Going south, truckers can find a Marmo SpA quarry and an S.A.L. S.R.L. mill along the SS131.

Facilities

Facilities in Sassari include a garage, a large Mercedes-Benz truck dealer with a service shop, a gas station, a hotel, and a viewpoint.

Connections

The island of Sardinia does not have Autostrade and instead uses Strada Statale to navigate between cities.

In addition, an Eolo Lines ferry originating from Porto Torres goes to Ajaccio and Barcelona.
