Cruising Texas was an event held by SCS Software through the World of Trucks platform, featuring American Truck Simulator. The event started on November 15, 2022 and ended on January 15, 2023, along with the ending of the Christmas Reflections Event 2022, another World of Trucks event featuring both Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. It is the sixth WoT event to directly coincide a DLC release, involving American Truck Simulator: Texas.

Rules

• All American Truck Simulator players with a World of Trucks-connected profile may participate in the event.
• To participate in the event, a player must make deliveries through external contracts to / from 15 out of 29 cities in Texas, namely:

Mission Objective

• To achieve the personal goal, each individual player must take at least a delevery to or from 15 different cities in Texas.
• The community goal requires all participating players to drive 125,000,000 miles (201,168,000 km) when delivering any cargo to or from any city in Texas.

Rewards

• All players completing their personal goals receive a personal World of Trucks Achievement with a Horned Lizard paint job.
• When the community goal is reached, all players completing their personal goals would receive a hanging Lone Star Longhorn ornament Steam inventory item for their cabin.
