Calais is a city in northern France featured in Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Summary

Calais is situated at the northern tip of France. It serves as an important linking point between the United Kingdom and continental Europe, hosting ferry services and the Channel Tunnel connecting itself to Dover in the United Kingdom.

The A16 runs southwest to Paris and southeast towards Lille (via the A25).
A minor road runs south towards Paris.
A minor road east of Calais runs northeast towards Belgium and Duisburg, Germany.
A ferry connects Calais to Dover.
The Channel Tunnel terminal southwest of Calais connects to Dover.

In update 1.39, Calais was reworked with a more complex road network and a larger port facility.

The achievement Choo-Choo requires the player to use the Channel Tunnel between Calais and Dover.

In TruckersMP, Calais is a very popular and crowded city, so it's not advised to go there unless you enjoy the traffic.
