Cruising Iberia was an event held by SCS Software through the World of Trucks platform, featuring Euro Truck Simulator 2. The event started on April 8, 2021 and ended on July 11, 2021. It was the third WoT event to directly coincide a DLC release, involving Euro Truck Simulator 2: Iberia.
Initially the event was planned to last for one month, but on May 11, 2021, SCS announced an extension of the event until July 11, 2021.
Rules
- Using External Contracts or External Market, with a World of Trucks-connected profile in Euro Truck Simulator 2, the community goal is to drive 250,000,000 km while delivering cargoes to or from any city in Iberia.
- When a player completes delivery to or from any 20 unique Iberian cities, they will achieve their personal goal.
- All jobs for the event have to be 200 km or more.
Rewards
- Players that deliver cargo to or from 20 unique Iberian cities will receive a World of trucks Achievement, and an Iberian Lynx themed truck paint job for Euro Truck Simulator 2, as a Steam inventory item.
- If the community goal is met, players that have met their personal goal will receive a Plush Iberian Lynx toy and an Iberian Mask Bobblehead ornament to decorate their truck's interior, as Steam Inventory items.
