Oxnard is located between Los Angeles and Santa Maria and, like many cities in California, near the coast. Oxnard was completely reworked in update 1.5.

The only known landmarks in Oxnard are the Channel Islands Harbor, the Santa Clara River, and the 300 Esplanade tower.
Connections
Oxnard is situated on the , which connects the town with Los Angeles to the southeast and Santa Maria and San Francisco to the northwest.
The runs parallel to US 101 to Los Angeles to the southeast and concurrent with US 101 to Santa Maria to the northwest, while the runs from US 101 to the in Santa Clarita to the east.
Release History
- In update 1.5, Oxnard was completely reworked.
- US 101 and SR 1 were moved to new sections through Oxnard while the previous section became part of SR 126 and a new section of SR 1 north of Santa Maria. The entire part of Oxnard south of US 101, including SR 1, was added.
- SR 126 was reworked and the diamond interchange with the road to the Chemso refinery and the Sell Goods depot was separated into at-grade three-way junctions with roads to each depot. A road running parallel to SR 126 from the Sell Goods road to the HMS Machinery in northwestern Los Angeles was removed, while a part of the Chemso road was truncated. A gas station on the truncated part was moved to SR 126, while the truncated part and an intersecting road were moved to the new section of SR 1 north of Santa Maria.
- The rest of US 101 and SR 1 from the previous junction with the Chemso and Sell Goods road to the junction with SR 58 was moved to the new section of SR 1 north of Santa Maria. The at-grade three-way junction of SR 1 and SR 58 was changed to a trumpet interchange of US 101 and SR 58 north of Santa Maria. The Coastline Mining depot on SR 58 became part of Santa Maria, the Eddy's store on SR 1 was moved to the new part of Oxnard, and the Gallon Oil refinery and the rest area on SR 1 north of the SR 58 junction were moved to the new section of US 101 through Oxnard.
- In update 1.38, a Western Star truck dealer was added.
- In update 1.39, the Western Star truck dealer was replaced with a Freightliner truck dealer.
