The CA1 runs south to Watsonville, Santa Maria, and Los Angeles and north to Moss Beach and San Francisco.
The CA17 runs north towards San Jose and Oakland (the latter city via the ISCA880).

In addition, the CA152 runs east from CA 1 in Watsonville southeast of Santa Cruz towards Gilroy, Modesto, and Fresno (the latter cities via the CA99).

The USCA101 and CA1 leave Santa Cruz separately and run south to Santa Maria and Los Angeles and north to San Francisco.

The CA 130 runs east from CA 1 north of Santa Cruz to the ISCA5 in Patterson.
The CA152 runs east from US 101 in Gilroy southeast of Santa Cruz to I-5 and the CA99.

Release History

In the initial version of American Truck Simulator, a section of US 101 began in Santa Cruz as a city street and headed east to end where CA 198 ends in Huron. TBC
In update 1.5, as part of the 1:35 to 1:20 map rescale, the section of US 101 between Santa Cruz and Oxnard was added, as well as the section of CA 152 off US 101 south of Santa Cruz.
In update 1.29, the section of US 101 between Santa Cruz and San Francisco was added. The route was changed from a city street to a freeway connected to the town by a diamond interchange.
In update 1.31.2, a special Mud Creek Slide depot was added south of the city along CA 1 as part of the Operation Big Sur event.
In update 1.31.2.4, the Mud Creek Slide depot was removed.
In update 1.36, the at-grade three-way junction of CA 1 and Swift Street was re-oriented from a CA 1 TOTSO to SR 1 going straight through the junction. A gas station and an International truck dealer were added, and the city received a texture overhaul and various minor improvements.
In update 1.50, as part of the third phase of the California rework, Santa Cruz was completely reworked.
In update 1.53, the Charged warehouse was replaced by a Starbridge warehouse.
