Denmark (Danish: Danmark) is a country in Northern Europe that is featured in the Scandinavia map expansion DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Summary

The country lies southwest of Sweden and south of Norway, and is bordered to the south by Germany.

Denmark consists of the peninsula of Jutland and 443 named islands. It has an area of 43,094 square km. The road network totals 73,197 km of paved road, including 1,111 km of motorway. Danish capital city Copenhagen is one of the world's most bicycle-friendly cities.

Roads

Instead of having dedicated national road designations, Denmark uses Euroroutes (Danish: Europavej) as it's highest-level road designation. There are 5 Euroroutes in Denmark:

Denmark also has Primary Routes (Danish: Primærrute), indicated by a black number with a yellow background. Primary routes can be both motorways and minor roads; they serve as Denmark's native road-numbering system in contrast to the Euroroutes. There are two accessible Primærrute in-game:

Trivia

  • The second largest city of Denmark - Aarhus - has been left out of the game, but it is included in the main ProMods package.
