- In update 1.35, the Voltison Motors dealership was added as OR 62 was extended east to a new section of OR 140 between Medford and Klamath Falls.
- In update 1.53, the Home Store warehouse and Voltison Motors dealership were replaced by a Venture warehouse and a Lumenauto dealership, respectively.
Trivia
- The achievement Lumberjack requires the player to deliver cargo from all five Deepgrove timber harvest sites in Oregon, one of which is in Medford.
