The Christmas Reflections Event 2022 was a Christmas / New Year event held by SCS Software through the World of Trucks platform, covering both American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2. The event starting on December 15, 2022 and ended on January 15, 2023, along with the ending of Cruising Texas, another World of Trucks event featuring American Truck Simulator.

Rules

• Participants (truckers) must have a World of Trucks profile connected to either Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator.
• Truckers may participate in the event by completing external contracts of the cargo type Gifts.
  • This implies that truckers must own a truck, because external contracts can only be claimed by player-owned trucks.
• A city receives a "gift" when 1,000 deliveries are made, regardless of whether the city is the source or the destination.
• Every city can have a maximum of 10 "gifts".
• To achieve the Personal goal, a trucker must complete at least 15 deliveries of Gifts in either Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator.
  • There is no restrictions on the number of deliveries made to or from any city. A trucker may complete the personal goal with 15 trips from / to the same two cities and depots.
  • The count applies across both games. A trucker may win awards for both games even if the personal goal is completed with only one game.
• The Community goal comprises of 5 tiers for each of Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator, with each tier needing 400 "gifts" to complete. 2,000 "gifts" are required to complete all community goals.

Rewards

• For completion of Personal Goal alone, the rewards include:
  1. The World of Trucks Achievement.
  2. A "Lines of Reflection" (Truck paint job).
• Each tier of Community goal brings an award, with a total of 5 tiers:
  • Tier 1: Love Pillow
  • Tier 2: Peace Dove
  • Tier 3: Candle of Hope
  • Tier 4: Care Blanket
  • Tier 5: Lines of Reflections (Trailer paint job)
