In addition, there are a Mack truck dealer, a small Gallon Oil gas station, two [[[motels/American Truck Simulator|motels]] (one Sunset Motel and one Starlite Inn) and a service shop. There is also a garage which the player can purchase.
A Bitumen roadworks site and a Sunshine Crops farm can be found to the north of Sacramento, considered part of the city although beyond its limits.

- In the initial version of American Truck Simulator, Sacramento was accessed by Interstate 5 and Interstate 80 and featured a small Bitumen depot, a Plaster & Sons building construction site, a small Wallbert food market, two Wallbert warehouses, a garage, a Gallon Oil gas station, two motels (one Sunset Motel and one Starlite Inn), and a service shop in the city proper, as well as a Bitumen roadworks site north of the city. The landmarks of Sacramento were the Sacramento River, the Tower Bridge, the Capital Square, the Courthouse and Federal Building, and the Wells Fargo Center.
- In update 1.44, as part of the first phase of the California rework, Sacramento was completely reworked. All roads and junctions were rebuilt, and US 50 and SR 16 were added. The small Bitumen depot, the Plaster & Sons building construction site, the small Wallbert food market, one of the two Wallbert warehouses, the Gallon Oil gas station, the two motels, and the service shop were removed. The city was separated into three parts. A southwestern part featuring a Coastline Mining depot and a Farmer's Barn factory and to which the Wallbert warehouse, the garage, and the Mack truck dealer were moved was added. A southeastern part featuring a Charged warehouse, a Home Store warehouse, a Sell Goods warehouse, and a Voltison Motors warehouse was added. A northwestern part featuring a truck stop with a Gallon Oil unloading point was added. A Mon Coeur vineyard in Napa Valley northwest of Sacramento was added.
