- In update 1.46, a photo trophy was added to the entrance of the city.
- In update 1.51, the Gallon Oil unloading point was replaced by a Haulett unloading point.
- In update 1.53, the Sell Goods warehouse and Wallbert food market were replaced by a Venture warehouse and Wallbert market, respectively.
Trivia
- The achievement Grown in Idaho requires the player to complete five deliveries of potatoes in total from any of the Sunshine Crops farms in Idaho, one of which is in Twin Falls.
- The achievement Along the Snake River requires the player to make a perfect delivery (no damage, no fines, on time) between Twin Falls and Boise and Twin Falls and Pocatello.
