Las Vegas is the largest city in Nevada. It is featured in American Truck Simulator.

Summary

Las Vegas has been revamped in update 1.38.[1] To the east of the city, there is also the Lake Mead with the Hoover Dam, the Colorado River and the Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge.

The most popular landmarks of Las Vegas are its huge casinos and hotels: One can find the Aria Resort & Casino, the Bally's Hotel and Casino (in-game name: Ballsy), the Bellagio, the Ceasars Palace Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, the Cosmopolitan, the Cromwell Las Vegas Hotel & Casino (in-game name: The Crownbell), the Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations, the Excalibur Hotel and Casino, the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, the Luxor Las Vegas, the Mandalay Bay (in-game name: Mandela Bay), the Mirage Hotel and Casino (in-game name: The Miracle), the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino (in-game name: Monte Bianco), the Palms Casino Resort (in-game name: Lamps), the Paris Las Vegas, the Platinum Hotel (in game name: Platinium), the Stratosphere Las Vegas, the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino (in-game name: Pleasure Island), the Trump Hotel (in-game name: Triumph) and the Wynn Las Vegas in American Truck Simulator.

Other in-game landmarks in Las Vegas are the Allure, the Panorama Towers, the Las Vegas Monorail, the Martin tower, the McCarran International Airport and the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign. To the north of that is the Best Buy (in-game name: Charged) at 3820 South Maryland Parkway.

Release History

  • In update 1.38, Las Vegas was revamped and received a texture overhaul and various improvements.
  • The diamond interchanges of Interstate 15 with Russell Road and Flamingo Road were changed to be reached via local lanes, and the former was rebuilt and the latter changed to a partial folded diamond interchange. The frontage road running parallel between the exits was removed. The trumpet interchange of Interstate 15 and US 95 was changed to a "Spaghetti Bowl" interchange of Interstate 15, US 93, and US 95. The diamond interchange of Interstate 15 and US 93 on Cheyenne Avenue was separated into a single-point diamond interchange with the previous section of US 93 on Cheyenne Avenue and a diverging diamond interchange with US 93. The diamond interchange of US 95 and US 95 Business on Rancho Drive was changed to a single-point diamond interchange. The at-grade section of US 93 was moved to Interstate 15 and a new freeway section concurrent with US 95 south of Interstate 15, including the diamond interchange with Tropicana Avenue. The curve between Las Vegas Boulevard and Russell Road was replaced by an at-grade three-way junction. The minor road running to US 93 by the Hoover Dam was removed.
  • An inaccessible truck wash was added on Cheyenne Avenue. A music festival was added at the junction of Las Vegas Boulevard and Mandalay Bay road. The Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign at the junction of Las Vegas Boulevard and Mandalay Bay Road was moved to the median on Las Vegas Boulevard. The Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign on US 93 was removed. The McCarran International Airport was rebuilt and expanded.
