- The achievement Gas Must Flow! requires the player to deliver diesel, LPG, or gasoline to every ÉCO depot in France, one of which is in Marseille.
- With the release of the Vive la France! DLC, Marseille became the game's southernmost city, taking the title from Torino, Italy. This title would hold until the release of the Italia DLC, which added Catania, Italy.
