Dortmund is a city located in western Germany that is featured in Euro Truck Simulator 2. It is one of four cities in the Rhine-Ruhr region that are featured in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (the other three being Duisburg, Düsseldorf and Köln).

Summary

If you prefer driving through Industrial areas, Dortmund is for you. With winding roads and large intersections, you'll find some of our biggest industry depots here which include familiar in-game companies such as IKA, LKW and ITCC.

A series of roads forms a ring-road of sorts enclosing the city, with the B236 serving as the main access point from the ring-road to the industrial area of Dortmund:

Release History

  • In update 1.32, Dortmund was slightly reworked during phase one of the Revisiting Germany project.
  • In update 1.40, Dortmund was extensively reworked during phase three of the Revisiting Germany project. Most visible was the city being moved across the A45 to better reflect its real-life geography. In addition, the A1 was extended south, and Dortmund received connections to both aforementioned motorways.
  • In update 1.50, Dortmund was completely rebuilt.
