Frankfurt am Main is a city in Germany first featured in Euro Truck Simulator, then German Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2. It's one of the few cities featured in three SCS Software games[1], probably due to its importance in real-life. Frankfurt has been rebuilt in update 1.32, featuring its district Fechenheim and was officially reworked again in update 1.47.

Features

Depots

Kaarfor, Tradeaux and WGCC have depots in the city centre of Frankfurt, while there is a TREE-ET sawmill just outside the city.

Facilities

Facilities present in Frankfurt include a Iveco truck dealer with a service shop, a garage and a hotel

Landmarks

The city is at the northeast of the junction between the A3 and A5.

The main features of the city is the distinctive skyline, which is pretty unique in Germany. There are the Europaturm, the Commerzbank Tower, the Messeturm, the Westendstraße 1 Tower, the Main Tower, the Silberturm and the Westhafen Tower (sorted by height).

Near the A5 you can also see the Frankfurt Airport, which is the 11th busiest airport in the real world.

Connections

The A5 runs north-south and passes to the west of the city, while the A3 starts at A5 near the city and runs east to the Austrian border.

Another minor road starts from Frankfurt am Main city centre and heads all the way east, crossing German-Czech border, eventually reaching Praha, the Czech capital.
