San Francisco is a city in the San Francisco Bay Area in California featured in the base game of American Truck Simulator. It is one of the largest cities in the game.

The city includes many attractions that are visible in real life, including Alcatraz Island, the Central Embarcadero Piers Historic District, the Coit Tower, the Ferry Building, the Golden Gate Bridge (which can be driven on), the Palace of Fine Arts, Pier 39 and the San Francisco Bay Bridge (also drivable).
