Oakdale was a city in California featured in the base game of American Truck Simulator. It was replaced by Modesto in update 1.50.

Summary

Oakdale was replaced by Modesto in update 1.50 as part of the third phase of the California rework. It was the third city to be removed from the game's economy since its initial release after San Rafael was removed (replaced by a scenery town in the same location) as part of the second phase of the California rework in update 1.44. The removal was announced on SCS Software's blog on 21 March 2023.

• The CA99 on the west side of the city ran south towards Fresno, Bakersfield, and Los Angeles (the latter city via I-5) and north to Stockton and Sacramento.
• The CA120 ran west to the IS5 and Oakland and east through Yosemite National Park to the USCA395 between Bishop and Carson City, Nevada.
