Notably, the D674 designation was only used during the construction of the Pelješac Bridge from when the bridge was opened in 2022, to when the Ston bypass road on the southern end of the bridge was completed in 2023, after which the bridge was redesignated as a part of the D8. In-game, the icon for the D674 is still used on the world map.

There is only one ferry route operating services to / from Croatia, which is operated by Polaris Lines:

Trivia

  • Croatia joined the Schengen Area and adopted the Euro at the start of 2023, in the middle of the development of the West Balkans DLC. Early work in progress blog screenshots illustrate that the border crossing with Slovenia was functional, with the border controls being removed by the time of the DLC's release.
