Trivia

  • Due to the incomplete nature of its road network, motorways in North Macedonia are interchangably referenced using an "A" or "M" prefix on in-game signage, but officially use the "A" designation.
  • The name "North Macedonia" was adopted in 2019 as part of a resolution to a diplomatic dispute with Greece, due to both nations claiming to be the legitimate successors of the ancient kingdom of Macedonia. Since the West Balkans map expansion (which North Macedonia is a part of) was released long after in 2023, the country is referred to in-game using the new name.
