San Luis Obispo is a scenery town in California featured in the base game of American Truck Simulator. It is located on the Central Coast in the western part of the state, at the junction of US 101 and SR 1 north of Santa Maria.

• The USCA101 runs southeast to Santa Maria and Los Angeles and north to San Lucas, San Jose, and San Francisco.
• The CA1 runs southeast to Santa Maria and Oxnard (concurrent with US 101) and north to Santa Cruz (parallel to US 101).

In addition, the CA58 runs east from US 101 north of San Luis Obispo to Santa Margarita and Bakersfield.

Release History

• In update 1.5, as part of the 1:35 to 1:20 map rescale, San Luis Obispo was added at a new southbound folded diamond and northbound right-in/right-out interchange of US 101 and SR 1.

• In update 1.50, as part of the third phase of the California rework, San Luis Obispo was completely reworked. The southbound folded diamond and northbound right-in/right-out interchange was changed to a right-in/right-out interchange, and a partial right-in/right-out interchange was added.
