The Autoroute A25 in France is featured in Euro Truck Simulator 2, serving as the primary connection between Calais and Lille.

At the game's initial release, few in-game signs actually feature the number, most prominently on the signs exiting minor roads, which do not display the red board. It's only until the remodeling of the Lille area in the game's version 1.38 update that some junctions start to feature overhead signs denoting the A25 number, and indicating it as part of the Euroroute E42.

In addition, the remodeling also recognized the highway segment bypassing Lille as part of the A25 – previously that road segment was not explicitly assigned a road number.
