Catania is a city located in southern Italy on the island of Sicily, it is featured in the Italia map expansion for Euro Truck Simulator 2. [1]

Summary

It was the southernmost city in the game until the release of the Iberia DLC when Algeciras took the title.

Features

Depots

The city center only features a Marina depot.

The larger part of the city is located a bit to the south of the center. One can find depots of ACC, IKA Bohag, and Trasporti Mediterraneo.

Further in the south, there is also a Quadrelli SpA quarry and a CNP refinery in the town of Augusta.

Facilities

Other

A farm of FUI SpA is located to the north and also features a viewpoint, near the city of Messina.

Connections

Catania is connected to Messina by the A18 and to Palermo by the A19. It is the only city on Sicily without an in-game ferry connection.
