Saint-Laurent-Nouan is a town located in central France that is featured in the Vive la France! map expansion DLC in Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Summary

Saint-Laurent is one of the five nuclear power plant sites featured in the Vive la France! map expansion. Saint-Laurent is treated as a town in its own right (i.e. cargo to / from the nuclear plant is treated as to / from Saint-Laurent itself), but no entrance sign of the town exists in the game.

Features

Depots

Same as other nuclear plants in the expansion, Nucléon is the only company providing transport opportunities in the area. The plant is located to the northwest of Bourges.

Connections

The minor road accessing the plant is part of the large ring road connecting in-game industries around Bourges.

Nearby Towns

  • Orléans (inaccessible): Located east of the plant at the junction of the A71 and a minor road
  • Rigny-Ussé: Located west of the plant on the minor road leading to Nantes
  • Selles-sur-Cher: Located south of the plant on the minor road leading to Bourges
  • Tours (unsigned): Located west of the plant at the junction of the minor road leading to Nantes and the A10

Trivia

  • The name of the town is actually Saint-Laurent-Nouan, but the suffix is trimmed in-game because the nuclear plant in real-life has its name similarly treated.
  • The alignment of, and access road to, the nuclear plant itself, mostly conforms real-life, but the connecting road doesn't.
