Long Combination Vehicles: Euro Truck Simulator 2
In Euro Truck Simulator 2, Long Combination Vehicles (LCV), or simply Doubles, are configurations of trailers requiring two or more trailers to be added to the truck to lengthen the size of the load.
Summary
Long Combination Vehicles challenge the driver's skills by driving them on roads, maneuvering them and parking them on the hardest difficulty. The EU and EEA restricts the maximum overall length of trucks. Euro Truck Simulator 2 follows these rules to a certain degree. LCVs are only allowed to be used and assigned to a Garage in certain countries. Furthermore HCT trailers are only available in Finland and Sweden. Additionally for some single unit trailers with a length over 14 meters the restrictions also apply.
The Job Market in Euro Truck Simulator 2 only creates Freight Market jobs with double trailers for the allowed countries, but never for HCT trailers. Jobs for HCT trailers are only available in the Cargo Market when the player owns such a trailer.
Configurations
The following table lists the available configurations in Euro Truck Simulator 2. HCT trailers can be manually configured from Standard trailers. There is also pre-configured model in the Kässbohrer Trailer Pack DLC.

History
- LCV trailers were announced on May 5, 2017[1], and were added in update 1.28.[2][3]
- With the release of the Beyond the Baltic Sea DLC, HCT trailers were added to the game and were initially available only in Finland.[4]
