European Route E60 is a Class-A east-west European road, and is the second-longest Euroroute within the international E-road system. It is featured in Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Route Description
In real-life, the E60 spans about 8,200 km and covers almost half of the Eurasian continent. The route originates in Brest, France, and heads east across Europe until reaching the Romanian port of Constanța. From here, the route jumps across the Black Sea to the Caucasus where it crosses the three Caucasus nations of Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, after which travelers can take a ferry to Turkmenistan. After that, the route continues across central Asia through Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan before ending on the Kyrgyzstan – China border.
In-game, only the mainland European section of the route (between France and Romania) is rendered, although this still makes it one of the longest east-west Euroroutes depicted in-game. However, the route is broken up into smaller chunks due to some segments of the road being unrendered. The Romanian section is unsigned and does not acknowledge its part in the Euroroute system.
