European Route E462 is a Class-B European road running east-west, traversing the distance between the Brno, Czech Republic and Kraków, Poland. A very small fraction of the route is technically included in the Euro Truck Simulator 2 base game map (the small segment between the junctions with I52 and D2), and the rest of the route is included within the Going East! expansion.
It should be noted that in real-life, the D1 deviates from what is depicted in-game, with the road curving along a more southerly path instead of the northern path shown in-game. The depiction in-game corresponds much more closely with the route of the D46 and D35 than the D1 in real-life.
In real-life, the E462 turns off the D1 along the D48 (which extends much further west than is depicted in-game), bypassing the city of Ostrava.
