European Route E78 is a Class-A intermediate road running east-west, featured in Euro Truck Simulator 2. The route begins in western Italy near the real-life town of Grosseto, and crosses the Italian peninsula, ending near Pesaro on the Adriatic coast. Only a small portion in western Italy is playable in-game.

While in-game, the minor road extending east to Ancona is marked as being a part of the E78, the town of Trestina (located along this road in-game, is not on the real-life route of the E78, so this road marking is incorrect.
