European Route E31 is a Class-A intermediate north-south European road which runs between Rotterdam, Netherlands and Mannheim, Germany. However, in-game, the extent of the route in Germany is unclear, so the only explicitly signed portion of the E31 is contained in the Netherlands.

Route Description

While there is signage in-game for the E31 on A15, in real-life the E31 doesn't actually extend that far west to Rotterdam. In-game, the westernmost point of the E31 would actually be concurrent with the A73. However, the rendered portion of the E31 doesn't begin until reaching the eastern Netherlands.

In real-life, instead of continuing south like in-game, the E31 turns east into Germany, and passes along the west sides of Duisburg, Düsseldorf, and Köln. The E31 likely reenters playable area near the city of Mannheim, but since there's no explicitly signed roads in the area, it is unclear.
