The Autobahn A4 (also known as the East Motorway) is a short motorway in eastern Austria, connecting the center of Wien to the border with Hungary. The route was partially included upon the initial launch of Euro Truck Simulator 2, extended to its full length with the release of the Going East! map expansion, and was reconstructed as part of the Austria rework in update 1.44.
