Durant

Durant is a scenery town featured in the Oklahoma map expansion DLC for American Truck Simulator. It is located in the southeastern part of the state, at the junction on US 69, US 70, and US 75 southeast of Ardmore and southwest of McAlester.

• The US69 runs southeast to Sherman and Tyler, Texas (the latter city via the US82) and northeast to McAlester.
• The US70 runs northwest to Madill and Ardmore and east to Hugo and Idabel.
• The US75 runs south to Sherman and Dallas, Texas.

Trivia

Durant as a marked city in the usa.dds file prior to the release of the Oklahoma DLC.

• Durant appeared as a marked city in the usa.dds map starting in the update 1.48 Open Beta. It might have been planned to be a city in the original plans for the Oklahoma DLC. Ultimately, Durant became a scenery town in the official release of the Oklahoma DLC, most likely in favor of marking nearby Ardmore as a city instead.
