Cruising Kansas is an event held by SCS Software through the World of Trucks platform featured in American Truck Simulator. The event started on November 30, 2023 and its tentative end date is February 5, 2024. It is the eighth WoT event to directly coincide a DLC release, involving American Truck Simulator: Kansas.
Summary
Initially the event was planned to last until January 28, 2024[1], but on January 12, SCS announced an extension of the event[2], event's tentative end date is now February 5, 2024, along with the ending of the Christmas Winterland Event 2023.
Rules
- All American Truck Simulator players with a World of Trucks-connected profile may participate in the event.
- To participate in the event, a player must make deliveries through external contracts to / from any city in Kansas, namely:
Mission Objective
- To achieve the personal goal, each individual player must take at least a delevery to or from 14 different cities in Kansas.
- The community goal requires all participating players to drive 125,000,000 miles (201,168,000 km) when delivering any cargo to or from any city in Kansas.
Rewards
- All players completing their personal goals receive a personal World of Trucks Achievement with a Sunflower paint job.
- When the community goal is reached, all players completing their personal goals would receive a hanging Amber Sunflower Steam inventory item for their cabin.
