There are many references to this incident throughout the city including a giant inflated alien and how the streetlights have alien eyes. This incident is also why there are several landmarks about it on Main Street, including many souvenir shops like the 3rd Rock from the Sun souvenir shop and the Alien Zone gift shop and the International UFO Museum And Research Center.
Apart from that, other in-game landmarks in Roswell are the city’s two high-rises, 500 North Main Street and Penn Plaza, the Stardust Antiques antique store, the New Mexico Military Institute, the Chaves County courthouse, and the Roswell Pioneer Plaza.
