Calais is a city at the northern coast of France, as well as the French side of the famous English Channel crossing.

Calais was first featured in Euro Truck Simulator Gold Edition, and serves as the only access point to the United Kingdom from continental Europe. In that game, all cross-channel movements must be done via the Port of Calais.
