Since update 1.49 you can buy the model FH16 (2009) only from the truck dealers as long as you have one in your posession, but you have to buy one initially from the used truck dealer.

Volvo trucks can be delivered to dealerships in Göteborg, London, and Luxembourg
Volvo also functions as an in-game company, to and from which goods can be delivered. There are three parts to the company:
1. Volvo Truck Factory manufactures Volvo trucks for distribution.
2. Volvo Dealerships import Volvo trucks from the factory and sell them to customers.
3. VPC produces Volvo cars for distribution to dealerships.
