The , , , and run concurrently through Jackson from Hoback Junction to the south and, except US 189, through Grand Teton National Park to Moran Junction to the north. Beyond those points, the routes run as follows:
- The runs to Alpine Junction, concurrent with US 89, and Idaho Falls, Idaho to the west and Riverton to the east.
- The runs to Alpine Junction, concurrent with US 26, Logan, and Salt Lake City, Utah to the southwest and Yellowstone National Park to the north, concurrent with US 191.
- The runs to Daniel Junction to the south, concurrent with US 191.
