Cheyenne is the capital and largest city of Wyoming. It is featured in the Wyoming map expansion DLC for American Truck Simulator.

The IS25 and US87 run south to Fort Collins and Denver, Colorado and north to Douglas and Casper.
The IS80 and US30 run west to Laramie, Rock Springs, Utah, and Idaho and east to Sidney and Omaha, Nebraska.

American Lines: North of 9th St, off IS180 US85 to the east.
Avalanche Steel: By 9th St, off IS180 US85 to the west. Offers Special Transport jobs.
Chemso: South of 9th St, off IS180 US85 to the east.
Eddy's: On the west side of US85 Greeley Hwy, between Fox Farm Rd and College Dr.
Enterpriser: Off BU80 Lincolnway at WY222 Roundtop Rd to the west, by IS80 exit 357.
Gallon Oil storage: By BU25 WY212 College Dr between the railroad crossing and Walterscheid Blvd, in the southeast of Cheyenne.
Garage and recruitment agency: Off BU25 WY212 College Dr between the railroad crossing and Walterscheid Blvd, in the southeast of Cheyenne.
Haulett underground tank: At the Haulett truck stop by IS25 exit 7, southwest of Cheyenne.
Home Store: On Westland Rd, between BU80 Lincolnway and Missile Dr northwest of downtown.
Rail Export: By High Plains Rd off IS25 exit 4, southwest of Cheyenne.
Sell Goods: At the far end of the rail yard by High Plains Rd, off IS25 exit 4 southwest of Cheyenne.
Volvo truck dealer: South of 9th St, off IS180 US85 to the east.

In update 1.46, a photo trophy was added to the city center.
In update 1.51, the Gallon Oil unloading point was replaced by a Haulett unloading point.
In update 1.53, the Wallbert food warehouse was replaced by an Enterpriser warehouse.

The achievement Over Plains and Mountains requires the player to trigger all viewpoint markers in Wyoming, one of which is in Cheyenne.
The achievement Big Boy requires the player to complete one delivery each of rails, train axles, and a tamping machine to or from the American Lines depot in Cheyenne.
