Truck Dealers: Euro Truck Simulator
Truck Dealers are facilities in Euro Truck Simulator where the player can purchase new trucks. Because all players have to start their career by purchasing a truck, every new profile will begin driving from a truck dealer.
Summary
Truck dealers appear in many cities across the map, and provide three main functions for the player: purchasing new trucks, repairing their current truck, and resting. In contrast with its sequel, Euro Truck Simulator 2, the player can purchase trucks of any brand (as opposed to having each dealer specialized towards one brand of truck). While truck dealers don't have an in-game map icon, their locations coincide with service shops (identified by a wrench icon).
Brands
In total, there are four truck brands available in Euro Truck Simulator, each of which is a parody of a real-life truck company:
- Swift (Scania)
- Majestic (Mercedes-Benz)
- Runner (Renault)
- Valiant (Volvo)
