The Kenworth W900 is a truck in American Truck Simulator manufactured by the American truck manufacturer called Kenworth. It was added to the game on February 15, 2016, along with the 1.1 update. On March 2, 2023, the Kenworth W900 received a complete remodel, as well as new parts and customization options.[1]
Summary
The Kenworth W900 is a flagship, a staple in the trucking industry. The W900 gained an enormous following from independent contractors/drivers allowing them to customize the truck from the top to bottom with third-party customization options from lights, exhaust, horns and interiors. You can say, the W900 is the king of the road. In terms of rivals, even though Kenworth is a sister division of Peterbilt (PACCAR), the Peterbilt 389 is a direct rival when it comes to the body style and engine. To expand your truck customization, SCS releasaed a W900 Tuning Pack which provides over 500 individual tuning parts.
