The Western Star 5700XE is a truck in American Truck Simulator manufactured by the American truck manufacturer called Western Star. It was added to the game on January 31st, 2023 in the 1.46 update.
Summary
The 5700XE is very different compared to the 57X in the 5700 production line. It's a truck that can be fully customized from buckskin to premium leather, decked out to your own liking and style. Normally this is something you would get after you retire and drive both in comfort and style on the road. Although in rare cases it will be given to employees in a fleet as a reward for being with the company for x amount of years.

- 18:00 CET: SCS Software makes a Stream for revealing the Western Star 5700XE.
- 19:00 CET: Western Star 5700XE is released along with a trailer video.
- 30 January 2023: SCS Software announced on their social medias that on 31 January 2023, will have a Stream for about the Western Star 5700XE together with special guest.[1]
- 20 December 2022: In the SCS Christmas Stream, the team reveals the Western Star 5700XE with some screenshots of the truck.[2]
