Ukraine (Ukrainian: Україна) is a country in Eastern Europe.
Summary
The country itself doesn't appear physically in-game. However, in Heart of Russia gameplay video #1, there is a road sign mentioning Ukraine's capital city, Kyiv.[1]
The country borders Belarus to the north, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary to the west, Romania and Moldova to the southwest and Russia to the east, southeast and de facto south.
