OR 140
Oregon Route 140 (OR 140) is an east–west state highway in southern Oregon in American Truck Simulator. It runs from OR 62 in Medford to SR 140 on the Nevada–Oregon state line.
Course
OR 140 begins in eastern Medford. Passing below Slinger Rock, the highway runs through the forests of the Cascade Range to Upper Klamath Lake. After running along the shore of the lake, the highway passes through Klamath Falls, where it intersects with US 97 and OR 39. After following the New River, the 140 traverses Bly Mountain Pass and enters the Sprague River Valley, where it passes through Bly. The highway then enters the Great Basin after crossing Quartz Mountain Pass, and passes Drews Reservoir before descending to the town of Lakeview, where it intersects with US 395. After a short concurrency with the 395, the 140 crosses the Warner Mountains and descends through the gorge of Deep Creek to Adel. Out of Adel the highway crosses Guano Valley, and climbs up a high lava escarpment called Doherty Slide; this grade is rather steep and winding, and lacks shoulders and guardrails, requiring attention to safely traverse, much like the Uncompahgre Gorge of the Million Dollar Highway. Soon afterwards, the highway ends at the Nevada border, where the route continues as NV 140.
