- In update 1.46, a photo trophy was added to the city center.

Trivia
- The achievement Along the Snake River requires the player to make a perfect delivery (no damage, no fines, on time) between Boise and Twin Falls.
- The achievement The Director requires the player to trigger all viewpoint markers in Idaho, one of which is in Boise.
