The Autostrada A4 or Autostrada Serenissima is a highway that is partly featured in the Euro Truck Simulator 2. It starts at the A50 and A9 in Milano and ends at the A23 east of Venezia, passing the cities Verona and Venezia.

Like most other Italian highways, the A4 is tolled most of the way.

• The section east of Venezia is tolled along with the A23 (which connects Austria), with a fee of €17.
• The section between Venezia and Milan is tolled along with the A22. Ticketing system is applied to this section, and the toll depends on how long the trucker travels. A trip between Venezia and Milan costs €32.

The A4 in real-life also serves Torino, but in ETS 2 it is taken over by the northbound A9 west of Milano. Truckers heading for Torino have to use either the A50 and A7, or drive on a section of minor road.
