Kaliningrad Oblast (Russian: Калининградская область) is a region of Russia and an exclave that borders Poland to the south and Lithuania to the north and east. The capital and the only accessible city of the Oblast is Kaliningrad.

Although Kaliningrad is in the time zone UTC+2 (which coincides with CEST) all year, the game shows Kaliningrad to use EEST (only in update 1.33).
In update 1.34, time zone in Kaliningrad was fixed to EET (UTC+2)
