The Pinnacle's virtual implementation includes an array of configurations options including 3 cabin variants (Day Cab, 48-inch Flat Top Sleeper and 70-inch StandUp Sleeper), several chassis and length options (6x2, 6x2 Liftable Pusher and 6x4), 3 engine options ranging from 415hp to 505hp, and a choice of numerous transmissions are available. New with the addition of the Pinnacle is the Mack mDrive™ HD transmission, equipped with crawler gears to help get any load moving. It's complimented by a low final drive ratio to keep engine RPMs low at highway speeds to help maximize efficiency.

13 September 2024:
18:00 CEST: SCS makes a Stream for revealing the Mack Pinnacle.[1]
19:00 CEST: Mack Pinnacle was released alongside with a trailer video.[2]
12 September 2024: SCS announced that they will have a livestream on September 13, revealing Mack Pinnacle truck.[3]
4 September 2024: In the Arkansas trailer, a Mack Pinnacle can be seen towards the start, middle and the end of the trailer.[4]
3 September 2024: The same images of Mack Pinnacle from 3D Modelling Livestream were shown in the Arkansas Gameplay Livestream.[5]
29 August 2024: In 3D Modelling Live Stream, SCS Software showed how they model the Mack Pinnacle truck, and also showed in-game work in progress screenshots of the Mack Pinnacle and Mack Anthem Black Edition trucks at the end of the live stream.[6]
28 August 2024: SCS revealed that they will have a 3D modelling stream tomorrow, with a Mack Pinnacle's hood appearing on the cover, meaning that the Mack Pinnacle modeling will be showcased in the live stream. In same date, the Arkansas DLC cover was updated with a Mack Pinnacle truck included.
23 August 2024: Wallpapers of Arkansas DLC were updated. The same location of wallpaper as previously is included, but now there is a Mack Pinnacle truck was added delivering packed lumber on flatbed.
21 August 2024: At gamescom 2024, SCS showed a picture of them here. At gamescom advertisement of Arkansas DLC, there is a cover of the expansion, but now it appears with the Mack Pinnacle truck hauling packed lumber.[7]
17 August 2024: In the Arkansas gameplay video, a Pinnacle appears as a driveable truck. SCS also mentioned in their blog post about Arkansas DLC gameplay video that the people who watch the video may find that the cab is different, which means that the truck that they drive is not the Mack Anthem, it's a Mack Pinnacle.[8]
17 January 2024: In the Nebraska blog post about truck stops, a Pinnacle can be seen in the 15th screenshot of the blog, it is refueling at a Driverse gas station.[9]
19 December 2023: In the SCS Christmas Stream, the team reveals new screenshots of the Mack Pinnacle.
